One of the problems with Firefox is the need to sort through dozens of add-ons to see if they help with the things you like to do. The Fashion Your Firefox page groups together related add-ons to save some time. (Requires Firefox 3.)
Personally, I find that Firefox is the #1 memory hog on my system, so I'm tempted to install several different instances, each with just a few add-ons, and switch between them.
